Each year, I’m on the lookout for a great single origin dark chocolate and, in 2025, this one won me over. First, you’ll fall for the gorgeous mold, which is shaped like a cacao pod. The smooth and creamy bar is bursting with nutty and maple notes bitter notes, with barely a bitter note. I’m a fan and I think you’ll be, too.
Ingredients: Venezuela cacao beans, Vermont maple sugar, cocoa butter.
