This November, we’re going bold in Paris — in chocolate and in life!

Inspired by the Bold Women Dinner by Veuve Clicquot that I attended in Paris last June, this 2-hour online tasting celebrates the courage to take risks and make bold moves.

Our special guest is Jane Bertch, founder of La Cuisine Paris cooking school author of The French Ingredient. Originally from Chicago, Jane made the boldest of moves when she opened a cooking school in Paris where classes are taught in English.

Your tasting includes:

🍫 A 75%, coarsely ground Brazil bar crafted by Julien Dechenaud right outside of Paris.
🍫 A 100% Madagascar mini bar by Jean-Paul Hévin
🍫 Two bite-size samples of “mystery cacao” bars made by Hasnâa Chocolats and 20°N20°S
🍫 A surprise sample of Encuentro Chocolate
🍫 Two individually wrapped samples of grocery strore chocolate, so you get a peek at what French regularly buy.
