This November, we’re going bold in Paris — in chocolate and in life!
Inspired by the Bold Women Dinner by Veuve Clicquot that I attended in Paris last June, this 2-hour online tasting celebrates the courage to take risks and make bold moves.
Our special guest is Jane Bertch, founder of La Cuisine Paris cooking school author of The French Ingredient. Originally from Chicago, Jane made the boldest of moves when she opened a cooking school in Paris where classes are taught in English.
