Picture this: creamy gianduia (i.e. hazelnut and cacao) infused with specialty coffee and paired with candied lemon.
Now imagine that under a layer of dark chocolate.
Heaven.
I was blown away by the quality of the ingredients here (the coffee!) and even more impressed by the bird-friendly sourcing of cacao and coffee beans (both come from Audubon-certified Zorzal bird preserve in the Dominican Republic.)
Share this at the end of the holiday meal or enjoy as a mid-afternoon pick-me-up with a strong espresso.
